Hello again,

Ok, this is a little embarrassing… but over the past 6 weeks we
have been busy trying to find our first home.

I was just about to make an offer on one we liked when I was
hit with some rather bad news.

You know… the kind of news a husband would rather not
deliver to his wife who spent the last few weeks dragging a
screaming toddler through 36 different houses and finally
found one she loves.

It went something like this…

“Bear (that’s what I call Trinette), I have some upsetting
news…

We’re not getting the house.”

I explained to her that the guy at the bank had called back
and said “Yeah, James… I just noticed you have a bankruptcy
on your credit report.”

I replied “Um yes, and…?”

He then stated that he didn’t see the bankruptcy on my credit
report before and that we would need to put more money
down in order to get the best interest rate.

I told him that was unacceptable. Yet I’d have to come up
with a way to put more money down because we were not
about to agree to a 3 year A.R.M. at a 9.63% interest rate.

That wasn’t the worst part…

What upset me the most was when Trinette started crying at
the kitchen table and then got mad and made me sleep on the
couch for the night (not fun.)

Well, maybe there is a way to make things right with Trinette…

I’ve been thinking about launching a Downline Secrets Coaching
Program for awhile now. I asked for some feedback in the
member’s forum to gage interest and the feedback was positive.
So I know many of my “less technical” members want and need
this.

Nevertheless, after careful consideration I wasn’t going to
do a coaching program because of the personal time involved.

I’m not a big fan of trading time for money anymore. I’d
rather be enjoying my time with Trinette and Zoe.

However, things have changed and I need to come up with a
bigger down-payment to make things right.

I already have a your software installed and basically set up, but I could use some help getting an autoresponder program added. Also, I could use some help with the copy and basic design of my pages.

I believe you. But I really don’t need the coaching program. There is nothing worse than a scorned women. Sometimes you can’t live with them or without them. I hope you sell enough to make the additional income. But look at it this way. You pay off the house sooner with a bigger down payment. You also pay less interest and you are using your head not accepting an A>R>M. The other thing you shoiuld do is find and join a Credit union and you can do a whole lot better by going through them. If you qualify through a bank then you will have no problem going through a Good Credit Union. Tom

I have your software, I installed it and then unistalled it because I had some errors, so I could use the coaching a little on the technical part but also, same as Shane Bost I could also use some coaching on the Sales Copy and how to start getting traffic ect…

Congratulations on the new house.I am basically in the same boat.I wish I could join.But at this time it is impossible.The rescue is taking alot because all of our backers have run off.I was going to use any money coming in , on the rescue ,but more goes out ;you know how that goes.Head is still up,because we’re doing a good thing.But so are you.I will join as soon as possible.

A book that I purchased 6 months ago has greatly helped me build credit and get around my previous credit mismanagemt (I’m a shoeaholic). I’m not an affiliate just someone who is using the techniques in this book to beat the system with big success. Hold off on purchasing you home for at lease 3 months and apply Donna’s Fox techniques in “Credit Repair to Credit Millionaire”. Soon you will be able to purchase the home of your dreams will far less down that you could imagine. Oh one more thing. It’s a waste of money to put down a large down payment on a house. Read Ric Edelman book “Ordinary People Extraordinaty Wealth”. You will love this book :^)

Okay. Back to business. I have your script etc. My website is complete and the book is in the final stages of editing but I’ve search all over the net to find an affordable program to replicate the website and brand the my ebook. What I desparately need is your software to replicate the ebook :^). Is that part of the deal? If not, I would love to talk to you about that and what it would cost to get my hand on such a system.
